Magpie-goose (Anseranas semipalmata). This bird is native to Australia and southern New Guinea and inhabits a variety of wetland areas. It nests on the ground and a female lays between 5-14 eggs. It feeds predominantly on vegetation. Photographed in Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia.
