Fishing catch. Grenadier fish, suborder Macrouroidei, packed in ice after being caught by a trawler. Grenadier fish, related to cod, live 300 metres or more below the surface. The fish have been packed in ice to preserve them until the trawler can reach a port. Although tasty, grenadier fish are rarely used for human consumption due to their hard skin.
