Joe Simonton, pictured on the cover of Saucerian Bulletin in 1961. He claimed that a flying saucer landed on his farm near Eagle River, Wisconsin, on 18 April 1961, and a little man requested water. Inside the spacecraft, Simonton could see another man making pancakes, and they handed him some, which he said tasted like cardboard.
