D631(RS): A photograph of the Thunderbird was said to have been published in the Tombstone Epitaph of 26 April 1890, together with an article about it. However that issue contained the article but no photograph. The article reported that two ranchers found a inged monster resembling a huge alligator?which was exhausted, and they were able to kill it. Its wings measured 160 feet from tip to tip.
