Picture by Roger Bamber: 28 June 2006: Sculptor Bruce Williams works on Springline, a set of curvacious steel railings and gates destined for a public park where natural springs first used by the Romans still bubble up. The project, for Havant in Hampshire, is employing four artists including Williams as part of a national incentive by the office of the Deputy Prime Minister to improve design in urban spaces.
