Woman questioned in French 'torso' mystery. Friend of suspected man. A case that is similar to the Cheltenham 'torso' mystery is being investigated by the French police. The case centres round the disappearance of a man named Richnowsky, who is believed to have been murdered but his body cannot be found. Police are searching buildings and lakes in the vicinity of Chevreuse, only 9 miles from Paris. A man, Bernardi de Sigoyer, has been arrested in connection with the disappearance. An old ruin of the Madeleine at Chevreuse, is receiving special attention from detectives.
