Prince of Wales opens centenary celebrations .of Royal statistical society , then goes to house for Budget . The Prince of Wales attended the centenary celebrations of the Royal Statistical and the twenty second congress and jubilee at the Internatioanl Statistical Institute at University College , London . The Prince performed the opening ceremony , and then went on to the House of Commons to hear the budget speech .
