Kent Scouts honour their one time Country Secretary Mr H E Spencer, for many years County Secretary of the Association of Boy Scouts for Kent, has just been presented with a cheque and silver salver contributed by the Scout movement all over Kent. Owing to present circumstances, the official presentation did not take place, but here is a picture of an informal ceremony at his home when the presentation was made by Mrs I M Harrington.
