Doctor's orders. The Rt Hon Hugh Dalton, Chancellor of the Exchequer, was first speaker for the Governement today, second day of the debate on the crisis which began yesterday in both Houses. Mr Dalton was expected to explain in some detail the anti inflationary measures proposed by the Government which were foreshadowed yesterday in the Prime Minister's crisis.
