Blue coatboys come to town. A splash of colour was brought to London, this afternoon (Tuesday) by the boys of Christ's Hospital School, Horsham, Sussex-The Blue Cowboyscoat Boys, reviving their annual march to the St Matthew's Day service, held this year it St Sepulchre's Church, Holborn, in place of Christchurch, Newgate Street, which was bombed during the war. In their blue cassocks and yellow stockings, and headed by the school band, boys made their way from London Bridge station to the church, where they were addressed by former 'Bluecoat' boy, the Rt Rev L C Usher Wilson, Bishop of the upper Nile. After the service the marchers continued to the Mansion House where the boys were entertained to tea and presented with traditional gifts of money by the Lord Mayor of London.
