In reality, the different launch phases depicted happen in sequence: the boosters attached to the first stage (bottom right) are jettisoned; the second stage continues to lift the payload towards orbit; the escape rocket system (top left) and the fairing are jettisoned once the rocket has left the atmosphere; the Shenzhou spacecraft is separated when the rocket have finished firing and its arrays are deployed once it is safely in orbit.
