View of the Red Gates, a triumphal arch in Moscow, Russia. The original arch was built to commemorate the Battle of Poltava in 1709 -- this is a later structure, built in the mid-18th century. The gates were demolished during the Soviet era, though the angel statue from the top, along with other items, were preserved.
