'Spencer Perceval', c1800, (c1884). Spencer Perceval (1762-1812) British statesman educated at Harrow School and Trinity College, Cambridge. Studied at Lincoln's Inn, became King's Counsel in 1796. Served as Prime Minister from October 1809 during reign of George III until his assassination in May 1812.
