So Raymond. 17, who claims to be the only and the original and the fattest Rat Boy of Peckham, wrote to the organizers. "If you want a Rat Boy of Peckham, there is only one chap for the job. Me." Raymond, who works in his father's cafe in High-street, Peckham, London, was Fat Boy in the Peckham pageant last May.
