Roosevelt Memorial Fund Opens -- Buying the Roosevelt memorial souvenir booklet at the newly erected selling booth in Trafalgar Square this morning. Mr. Attlee, the Prime Minister, broadcast last night for support for the erection of a memorial to President Roosevelt in Grosvenor Square, London. Today a souvenir booklet, priced 5 shillings, was on sale all over the country, the proceeds from which will be used to pay for the memorial. November 18, 1946.
