The painting is registered under ill.no. 39083 in the database of the RKD; The Hague.
In his writing dated September 1998 Wilhelm van de Watering assumes H. Bokenes' authorship for this work. Bokenes himself as a painter can only rarely be found; in the last years there were only very few works on the international art market.
