Canadian Premier Tours Indian Villages - Wearing a garland of flowers given him, Louis St. Laurent, Premier of Canada visiting New Delhi, the Indian Capital folds his hands in the Indian fashion to acknowledge greetings by village women on his visit to two of the 305 Delhi villages which are being improved under the USA-India technical cooperation programme. The villages lie 15 miles north of Delhi and the Canadian Premier drove out to them at the head of a 14-automobile motorcade.
