The Fisherman, 1908. The Fisherman is a fine example of Strang¡¦s allegorical works. Central to it is the classical nude group. Despite being called The Fisherman, the work highlights the faces of the woman and child, while the face of the man is hidden from viewhis arm as he blows into a conch-shell.
