Ocean water is forced upwards through a blowhole (a cavity at the end of a sea cave) among limestone rock formations known as the "Pancake Rocks." The unique, layered outcroppings and spectacular water blasts make this a popular tourist destination. Located in Punakaiki, on New Zealand's South Island.
